As many are awaiting their stimulus check, some spouses have already absconded with it. What to do if you want to know the status of your check or if your spouse has already taken it? Check the IRS website https://sa.www4.irs.gov/irfof-wmsp/login you will need your name, date of birth and address that was utilized for the last tax filing. In some cases, you will be asked for additional information about your last filed return. The site will also tell you if your eligibility is “undetermined” or whether you are receiving a paper check or electronic deposit.
Update as of April 6, 2020:
As of April 6, 2020, and pursuant to Administrative Order, Palm Beach, Broward and Martin County Courts will remain suspended until May 30, 2020 EXCEPT for “essential hearings” and for non-evidentiary hearings that can be conducted electronically. Mediations and depositions are still moving forward at the discretion of the parties and their attorneys via electronic means. The courthouses and electronic filing systems remain fully operational as well.
Our offices remain open and we are fully operational due to our advanced technological systems. We continue to adhere to social distancing and CDC guidelines.
Update as of March 26, 2020:

Update as of March 23, 2020:
Palm Beach and Martin County courts are open for all electronic filing and for all UMC hearings as well as uncontested final hearings. UMC and uncontested final hearings are being administered via phone. Any evidentiary hearings will be by approval of the court only and requires all parties to agree. Any emergency petitions, domestic violence injunctions and the like are proceeding as usual. If you have any questions regarding the status of your hearing, please contact your attorney.
Broward county has cancelled all hearings except for emergency and domestic violence hearings. The court is not rescheduling at this time.
